Time Out says

Locations and times vary; visit s17nyc.org for full schedule. Occupy Wall Street’s official commemoration invites activists to join in events that will focus on education, celebration and resistance. The gathering kicks off with a ceremony and the launch of the Debt Resistors’ Operation Manual, a how-to guide on reducing debt through collective action. Activities on Sept 16 include an antifracking march at the Spectra Energy pipeline in Hudson River Park and a 99 Revolutions concert. For the one-year anniversary, OWS organizers hark back to the movement’s roots with plans to stage a “people’s wall” outside the New York Stock Exchange, marches on banks and a “Storm Wall Street” rally at Bowling Green to protest the use of fossil fuels and other pollutants. Starting Sept 18, Free University of New York will offer five days of skill shares, teach-ins and readings in Madison Square Park.
