Victor Moscoso, "Psychedelic Drawings, 1967–1982"

This show offers an acid flashback to the ’60s counterculture, courtesy of Victor Moscoso, one of the original artists behind the underground publication Zap Comix. He also created concert posters for the Fillmore and Avalon Ballroom, including one for a May 1967 appearance by the Doors. These and other works are characterized by a combination of Surrealism, Art Nouveau and M.C. Escher—in a word, trippy.
