The first museum dedicated solely to American art has new digs and is celebrating with one hell of a housewarming party. The Whitney's new neighborhood, the Meatpacking District, transforms with a street festival that features free activities like karaoke and mapmaking, and performances on the main stage that include puppetry, dance and poetry.
