Bea Vita review 2 Users say 4/5 Rate it

On the long canalside promenade just north of the Ghetto, Bea Vita attracts locals with its ample portions and decent prices. After a single antipasto you're likely to feel full - but it's worth pushing on through the creative menu. Desserts are mouth-watering. The small wine list includes a decent by-the-glass selection. There's a good €28 seafood taster menu.

We had a fantastic dinner ... Including a sampling of local seafood and then two large dishes ... That was way more interesting than most of what Venice has offered in all the touristy parts.

Not sure when this review was written but this is NOT the Bea Vita we ate at. The plate appetizer was just okay and expensive. No local fresh fish was offered in any form...with pasta or on its own
