It's the weekend! You've worked hard to get to this point, so you deserve to play hard, too. We've curated our favorite events happening around Austin for the next few days, from pop-ups to festivals to grand openings—all you have to do is round up your crew. Have a great weekend, y'all!

Fri 23

Broken Social Scene
Seeing as we only get a new Broken Social Scene album every five to seven years, it’s pretty rare that the Canadian indie rock collective comes through town, especially at a venue as relatively intimate as Stubb’s. The new album, Hug of Thunder, is exceptionally riveting—a product of artists making music when and where they want. Do yourself a favor and buy a ticket now, and don’t miss Canuck, Drew-produced brethren Belle Game opening up. After all, it could be nearly another decade until either of them visit ATX again. Fri at 6:30pm

Performance Park
Pass through the Gates of Mystery during this interactive game that's also an original musical and art installation, and choose your own adventure while playing, singing or trying to get into the Magician's Sanctum. Entry times vary and advanced reservations are recommended. Fri, Sat, Sun at various times

Sat 24

LBJ 100 Ride
Routes on this annual bike ride through LBJ's old ranch include 10, 30, 42 and 62 mile jaunts. Lunch is served at 11am, but stick around for the bike tour of the ranch at 1pm—your guide is no other than Luci Baines Johnson, the daughter of the former president. Sat at 9am

Rodeo Austin
It's the very last day of Rodeo Austin—part rodeo, part carnival, part music festival. Watch top ranked rodeo athletes compete in bareback riding, steer wrestling, bull riding and more, or hit the fair for some games and rides. Here for the music? Ludacris, Young the Giant and Gladys Knight are just a few of the award-winning artists performing. Sat at 10am

Abloom
Austin Symphony Big Band Ensemble, Mariachi Nuevo Estilo and Minor Mishap Marching Band are among the performers at this year's musical celebration that transform's the Domain NORTHSIDE into a floral wonderland. A bunch of stores and restaurants are getting in on the fun, too. Second Bar + Kitchen will have half-off bubbly, Birds Barbershop is giving away free totes to people to drop in and mention Abloom and Origins is offering free skin care consultations. Sat & Sun at noon

March for Our Lives
As part of a nationwide rally, March for Our Lives in Austin will start at City Hall at noon and continue to the steps of the Capitol. Join students, parents and other citizens in raising awareness about gun policy change and school safety. Sat at noon

Sun 25

Lamb Jam
The Lamb Jam kicks off their American tour in Austin this weekend. Come watch 16 of our city's best chefs (think Stephen Bonim from Geraldine's and Evan LeRoy from LeRoy & Lewis) b-a-a-a-a-a-a-ttle for the Lamb Jam Austin Champion title, all while you sip and snack on delish lamb dishes. Sun at 3pm
