April has officially arrived—and with it, a month that is chock full of food, music and comedy festivals. To kick things off, why not pay a visit to a newcomer in town: Paris in a Bite, a new shop and café in Westlake. Pick up macarons, artisan chocolates, croissants and more for a taste of Paris to start the week.

Have you visited the Harry Ransom Center in a while? Their newest exhibition, Vaudeville, is only around for a couple more months. The center highlights vaudeville’s origins, popular acts and impact with photographs, writings and other pieces of work from Harry Houdini, Tony Pastor, Florenz Ziegfeld and others. Tours are at noon today.

March Madness comes to an end tonight as NCAA basketball has its championship game at 8:20pm. Sports bars around the city are playing the showdown between Michigan and Villanova—all you have to do is show up, nurse a few beers and hope you picked the right team for your bracket.
