Circuit Festival 2018

Every year, the Circuit Festival's Water Park Day at the Barcelona-adjacent Illa Fantasia becomes the biggest gay water park party in the world. During the day you can enjoy the park's attractions and swimming pools, and then get set to carry on into the evening with music while you take a dip in the wave pool, with tunes that fit the mood provided by the Matinée All Star DJs accompanied by more than 50 dancers getting into the groove. At night the party keeps going at the park's disco where you can dance from 10pm until dawn with a great selection of DJs.

For the last two years, the Matinée Group has been hosting local editions of the Forever Tel Aviv party, a megaproduction that's one of the most popular gay soirées in Israel. Just outside Barcelona, in nearby Sabadell, you'll find Sagi Kariv, Tomer Maizner and Flavio Zarza spinning music for the festival paying homage to a hedonistic and openly LGBT Israel.

The first Girlie Circuit party this year is in the water. And more specifically, at the fun-in-the-sun water park, Illa Fantasia. Get ready to kick off this festival for the ladies with a huge outdoor soirée. DJs Taito Tikaro, Phil Romand, Nacho Chapado, Ivan Gomez and Flavio Zarza are in charge of making the water slides and pools the setting for an unforgettable fiesta.

You know Circuit is a guaranteed blast every year, so you are not going to want to miss out on their Main Party: a night so big you'll remember it for decades to come. This year they're doing it up big in Waka out in Sabadell, and the line-up of DJs and performers will get you moving your booty for sure.

The Circuit organisers are experts in summer mega fiestas, and the Papa Main Pool Party is proof of that. It's a refreshing pool party that goes on all from afternoon into the night, with the soundtrack provided by internationally renowned DJs like Teddy Clarks, Tomo Woodland and Enrico Meloni in quite the exclusive space – the CDM Beach Club – right at the Barcelona seaside.

Ladies, get ready because the Main Party of the Girlie Circuit is on! Called Galaxy, the party this year invades Input with high girlie energy that's strengthened by internationally known DJs such as Cuki D'Light, Cori Matius, Strulle, and Roxell.

The most famous lesbian rave touches down in Barcelona. Good music and an ideal location at the CDM Beach Club. The stars of the night are DJs Lydia Sanz, Sofía Cristo and Efrat Naaman, who share the turntables with Girlie DJ Nuria Scarp and vocalist Elena Farga.

Filmmaker Alba Barbé i Serra has released a new documentary into the Catalan LGBTI film universe: 'En/Femme' is a sensitive graphic and audiovisual document like few of its kind about the 'en femme' world, which serves as both a social club and a support group for transvestites and crossdressers.

Nearly every tribe and label within the LGBTI community is represented during the Circuit Festival, and that includes bears and those who love the furries. Brutus is the perfect outing for big manly men with hair where it should be and even where it has no business growing, and who aren't afraid to wear their most daring fashion. Their legions of fans are also welcome to this paradise of brawn. Grrrr!

Legendary party La Leche throws its own soirée for lesbians within the Girlie Circuit. This summer it's on in Up & Down, and brings in live performances from Bulma Beat, Izzy Trixx, Leklein, Lady Chus and Payman. A perfect night to live it up in style, and all decked out in white.

Circuit is more than just one of the biggest and oldest festivals on the LGBTI scene in the city (and beyond) – for the last several years it's also been committed to the LGBTI cultural and associative fabric. This year be sure to visit the exhibition 'El_Mal_Trato', by Ramon Guimarâes, a show about abuses related to gender issues, whether or not they have to do with the LGBTI community. The exhibition is curated by Franco de Toledo.
