Time Out says

When someone says you make the best patatas bravas in Barcelona, it’s a double-edged sword. Bar Tomàs has long been known as as the kings of patatas bravas, and that’s a big problem for them. It means they’re not allowed to burn their potatoes even once, nor can they ever run out of sauce. At any time, a customer could arrive from the other side of the planet to try the bravas at Bar Tomàs. They are very good, it’s true, but you should also try the vermouth, the tapas and the huge beer steins, just in case.
