Original, unusual and charming. We don’t want to put words in his mouth, but we think that Catalan artist and one of the leaders of the modernista movements, Santiago Rusiñol, would be happy to visit the restaurant that his one-time residence (Colònia Rusiñol) has been converted into, and try the dishes and desserts they serve there. Locally sourced products – including an excellent list of Catalan wines – are used to concoct plates that have a traditional base embellished with a notably creative flair.
