This cocktail bar combines signature pizzas (the Japopizza, with salmon, walnuts, and soy and wasabi vinaigrette) with creative tropical cocktails. I suggest you ask them to advise you on pairings, but you can also mix and match however you see fit. That is to say, you won't be looked down on for any wild combination you can imagine. But if you're looking for the perfect pairing, you'll find it, with cocktails that have been created precisely to be the better half of some of the pizzas. For example: the Beso de Uva (Grape Kiss) pizza with a cocktail called Grape Sensation (with G-Vine, grapes, Sant Germain and fresh lemon juice).
