Time Out says

Ever since Ever Cubilla, chef of the Iglesias Group, said that he would open a place with Andalusian influences, we knew that the restaurant would be the best of the best. El Señorito is located in a spacious courtyard. Cubilla’s wife is the cook and she has set up a tapas bar that is no joke.

Cubilla and his wife, Olesya, have created a comfortable space to eat the popular cuisine. They have a traditional approach to cooking and have made it a point to look for the best flavors and textures instead of copying recipies.

If you visit, we recommend the shrimp pancake dish, the pork rind, chocolate cake with ink or the pringá (meat) muffin. It is also the only place where you can dine with Sherry wines: they have 200 wine references and 24 drinks.
