This simple and inexpensive option is a local institution of roast chicken to eat in or take away. Open for two decades, they offer three types of chicken: a 1kg standard bird; chicken 'of times gone by' that's a bit bigger (1.5kg) and raised free range; the organic, which is bigger still (2.5kg) and raised in Folgueroles according to ‘Viu Bé’ (good living) standards. Get sides like spinach salad with nuts, organic white rice, and chips or grilled potatoes. They also have pasta dishes and a play area for children.
