This family business has been going for four generations, and its dishes include many traditional recipes such as veal with wild mushrooms, or cooked with cava, and canelons, as well as local specialities like cod salad (xató) or Penedès duck with plums and pine nuts. Fonda Neus offers a wide variety of set menus and an a la carte menu with interesting options such as foie stuffed with quince and truffle, or cod with caramelised onion and sobrassada (spicy soft sausage from Mallorca). And don’t forget the Penedès wine or cava.
