Fulfilling the role of the local bar, Toni Bigoti is the place to get lunch, have a vermouth and dine with guaranteed good food. Its owner is a passionate cook and applies his love of cooking into dishes such as green beans cooked in tempura with truffled mayonnaise for around €6 or a twist on the classic patatas bravas that are really cubes of polenta with a smooth idiazabal sauce. All of the sauces are made in-house and are always fresh. Be sure to check out the lunch menu: you can get a phenomenal set lunch menu for less than €13. There’s also a stellar terrace where you can get a beer surrounded by the Joaquim Ruyra gardens.
