Albert Badia, inventor of gin & tonic 'turrón' (nougat), and unorthodox head of the bakery of Badia Roca, shows off his passion for chocolate in this shop, where, as he says, chocolate comes full circle. Here they make and sell bonbons, biscuits and baked goods, witht he best chocolate they can find. Everything is made in-house, with a creative concept of chocolate that lets you try over-the-top treats like a chocolate cake with five different citrus fruits – isolating one flavour aspect of each – or coffee-and-liqueur–flavoured bonbons.
