As well as Spanish, Catalan, British, Italian and French cheeses, Rosa Maria has a selection of high-end Spanish cured meats, imported Italian products and an enexhaustible sense of humour. Although her most popular cheeses are Comtés and Bries (in particular the Brie with truffles) as well as low-fat cheeses in general, Rosa Maria stocks a few surprises, including a blue goat's cheese that's created using flowers.
