This shop, with its unmistakable smell, is the first port of call for the cheese-loving community of the Sants district. They specialise in raw milk (llet crua) cheeses – handmade with unpasteurised milk by small producers – and many of their products are impossible to find elsewhere. One example is the Espadán, a cheese from Castelló.
