Mark your calendars: October 25 and 26. Time Out’s Sports Sessions are back, with a weekend plan that packs it all in — CrossFit, nutrition tips and food that’s way better than your average post-gym snack.
Each session follows the same 360º formula: an energetic CrossFit class led by @studio_crossfit_bcn, a nutrition workshop (Saturday with @thehappyavocadooo, Sunday with @nutrivinyi), and a healthy brunch by @cocosocialhouse to round things off. And all without changing location, at the Studio Crossfit (Provença, 529).
Saturday, October 25
Midday session (12–2:30 p.m.)
If you’re not a morning person, this is your shot. Sweat it out in a fun, all-levels CrossFit class, followed by another workshop with @thehappyavocadooo focused on recovery and performance. Brunch comes courtesy of @cocosocialhouse — think quinoa bowls, fresh salads and veggie or protein-packed options.
Sunday, October 26
🕛 Midday session (12–2:30 p.m.)
Another chance to get moving with @studio_crossfit_bcn. After the workout, @nutrivinyi will guide you through the dos and don’ts of sports nutrition. A healthy gift is included, and the session wraps up with a filling brunch by @cocosocialhouse.
