Time Out says

Having started out as one of the theme gastro markets from Eat Street, What the Foc! has since become an independent festival with a new fun side that's set to fill up Torrassa park in L'Hospitalet on March 9 and 10. The What the Foc! festival aims to bring the art of barbecue to Barcelona, with the masters at the coals in an open-air space, showing off the latest innovations with a live demonstration. And for the first time, the festival also collaborates with Radio Primavera Sound, heading out of their central home in the Born to programme music over the weekend as you watch and taste different samplings of barbecue (local faves 'calçots' and artichokes included).

The grilling specialists cooking up treats for you are Christian Angel Civitale and Matias Tino (chefs at Dos Boludos); Peruvian Jeff Espinoza from Warike, who will be using a Caja China which is something hardly seen around these parts; Raquel and Marc Santamaría, the chefs and soul behind Casa Xica; and Colin Clark, a third-generation butcher from Scotland who you'll usually find providing yachts with the best products.
