Dig out your snow boots and beanies for Sundays at the Kenmore, where the courtyard has been reimagined as an Alpine ski village. Warm your tootsies by the fire pits while you cosy up with fur throws, woolly blankets and flannel cushions. There’s even a gondola and snowy mountain backdrop for a convincing hitting-the-slopes selfie. Once you’ve taken the requisite #winterwonderland photos you can skip straight to the après-ski – which at the Kenmore takes shape as a bottomless brunch available from 11am-1pm every Sunday from July through September.

For $55 per person, you’ll get endless brunch canapes such as zucchini fritters with smoked salmon and chive créme fraiche, potato rosti with bacon and tomato relish, and fried chicken and waffles with maple syrup (don’t knock it till you’ve tried it). Or sample sweet breakfast treats that would make Willy Wonka proud: brioche French toast fingers with maple syrup and bacon bits; banana, Nutella and peanut butter toasties; and buttermilk petite pancakes with rum, earl grey and sour cherry ice cream.

Along with your bottomless brunch, there’s a two-hour beverage package with beer, wine, mulled cider and glühwein, so you can have some Pinot Gris in your après-ski. Brunch bookings are recommended and can be made online.
