The CBD's temple to Catalan cuisine is dedicated to fresh seasonal ingredients
Moda's alfresco, wrought iron and hedge-bound courtyard looks out onto the adjacent and historic Port Office building whose façade is softened by a shady jacaranda. Barcelona-born head chef Javier Codina knows a thing or two about Catalan cooking, bringing his knowledge and passion to the Moda menu. Enjoy Codina's Friday paella, croquettes with romesco, Catalan zarzuela with locally sourced seafood, sweet churros and crema Catalana in the upstairs dining room, or ground-level courtyard lit with soft light from the central chandelier, overlooked by Codina at the pass of his Spanish accented kitchen.
