Time Out says

Would you like fries with your hand-pressed Wagyu beef burger? How about a craft beer and a side of sass?

It’s called a Triple Loco, and loco is the operative word: three hand-pressed Wagyu beef patties, triple maple smoked bacon, and pulled pork, served between two grilled cheese sandwiches. It’s priced at a cool $36 but the cost to your arteries does not bear thinking on. Time Out will stick to the classic Chee-ze, thanks: one patty, with iceberg, tomato and jack cheese, and pickle ketchup to cut through all that delicious marbled fat.

At Ze Pickle, which also boasts premises at Burleigh Heads, you can perhaps try your luck with a ‘Pablo Escoburger’, which piles on guacamole, queso, smoked jalapeños and corn chips (which we can only assume are as big a thing with Colombian drug lords as their Mexican counterparts). Fries are called ‘Ze Chips’ and come with IPA beer cheese sauce, bacon and house sauce.

As you’d imagine the emphasis is on fun at this Valley burger bar, lubricated along by easy-drinking wines, candy-flavoured cocktails and 12 taps where international craft beers rotate like a merry-go-round. Get a posse together for good times and give ’em a red hot go.
