On a strip of Wynnum Road that bosts several cool businesses, Bare Bones is the spiritual leader – the salon's been going since 2009. Thirty odd custom skateboards decorate the walls, along with photos of haircut heroes Johnny Cash, Elvis, Joe Strummer and more. The barbers wear tattoos and friendly smiles – as a place to get your slick tonsorial look happening, it's one of the most hip in town. They don't take reservations but relax, the line of blokes waiting outside moves swiftly.
