This mindful meditation draws your attention down from your mind and into your body. A great active and movement based meditation that is perfect for those who have not meditated before and those who have little experience. With your eyes closed, Sara facilitates you to journey inwards, to move your body, and thoroughly clear through each of your body centres during this active breathing meditation.

"I find the meditation an inward, clearing, and releasing journey that brings me down from my mind and into my body. It is a time to witness the body, release, restore, and energise. Participants stand with their eyes closed and we move through the body from base to crown and back down to base again before completing the meditation in stillness and silence. The meditation can be as gentle or vigorous as needed. The meditation is guided by music and voice." - Sara

When: Thursday, 6:30pm - 7:45pm.
What to bring: A bottle of water, comfortable clothes and an eye covering if you have one.
Exchange: $20.
