After 23 years the Guard is changing at The Zoo! To celebrate this momentous event a series of local best-ofs are taking place.

A three piece synthesis of Heavy Metal, Progressive Rock, Blues, and a smattering of Psychedelic. With a raw and energetic sound their convoluted song structures unravel in a cohesive yet mind-bending nature.

Sunhaus
are an ambitious Brisbane-based alternative outfit with Aidan Geraghty (vocals/guitar), Madeleine Kinraid (keys, vocals), David Skitmore (bass, vocals), and Adela Lau (drums).
Sunhaus draw heavily on the members' individual influences. The band's evocative harmonies echo at times Local Natives, at others Swell Season or the anthemics of Broken Social Scene. Sharp, emotive hooks and counter-melodies from Geraghty and Kinraid, together with the controlled energy and groove in Skitmore and Lau's rhythmics blend in a uniquely tight fusion, and are delivered with pure authentic alternative quality.
