Northey Street City Farm says
Learn papermaking using a mixture of waste paper, local plant fibres and leaves to form sheets of paper suitable for digital print, artist books, cards and gifts. You will learn how food waste such as pineapple skins, beer hops, and onion skins can be used to make beautiful paper! Participants will learn how to prepare pulp and use a mould and deckle to pull sheets of paper to take home on the day. Botanical prepared leaves and fibre will be added to recycled pulp to create textured surfaces for note paper and cards. You can also bring along some items to emboss to leave an impression in your paper.

Please bring something for lunch to share afterwards! :)

Cost: $60 / $45 (Healthcare Card holder) + Eventbrite booking fee. $10 materials is included.
