A kick ass line up right here...

Calamine is a new project, with Dec 13 being their second ever performance, following on from their debut at the Brisbane Powerhouse launching the 2015 Indie 100 Compilation CD, which features their song, Heartbeat Alone, as the number 1 song.

Alice Night and Shannon Green (Kingfisha) will perform as a duo featuring old favourites from the Li Li Kite days and improvised songs... 'Variations on a Theme'. Alice and Shannon in combination are like a brother and sister duo from another time. A viking of bass alongside heaven sent vocal pleas. Magic is nearly inevitable.

Juju Bom is a project fronted and created by Black Mountain woman, mother, singer/songer Jeunae Rogers and supported by and an entourage of Brisbane’s finest all helping to deliver the feelings. Music and lyrics inspired by a seeking of truth, purity, honour and love within the many faces, within the many possibilities, within the many realities. For this show at the Bearded Lady, Jeunae will be joined by the ‘om brothers’ - putting the Bom in Juju Bom- longtime friends Dom Hede (drums, beat machine) and Tom Hinchliffe (bass). A stripped back set as a three piece wtih a whole lot of fire. ‘I just want to sing for the people and help ease the growing pains’- Jeunae Rogers.
