To celebrate the return of the warm weather and the bittersweet refreshing cocktail the Aperol Spritz, buzzing Burleigh Heads restaurant Justin Lane is teaming up with Aperol to create the European experience of your dreams – Casa Aperol x Justin Lane.
This spring, the multi-level venue situated in the sun-drenched coastal neighbourhood on the Gold Coast will transform into a Mediterranean oasis complete with live entertainment, a curated Italian menu and free-flowing Aperol Spritzes. Oh, and you could win a luxury boat experience for you and three friends!
Kicking off from 2-8pm, Casa Aperol x Justin Lane will be happening each Sunday in spring until to November 6.
Local musicians, DJs and instrumentalists such as Gloria Ansell, N’jaane, Just Jessie, Stephen Smith Sax, and more will be bringing the beats. Sip on refreshing Aperol Spritzes and other great cocktails created by the Justin Lane team including a Watermelon Marg and Appleton Tiki. And for food, tuck into authentic Italian dishes curated by head chef Steven Brand, such as mushroom arancini with truffle aioli and ricotta salata and a fresh seafood pizza with prawns, calamari, Justin’s chilli oil, parsley and lemon.
Plus, head to Casa Aperol on one of the Sundays in spring for your chance to win an all-inclusive food and drinks experience on a chartered yacht for you and three friends.
