UQU presents ‘Food on Forgan’, bringing you a delicious line-up of Brisbane’s finest food trucks and talented artists performing live acoustic music.

Whether you are a pizza or Thai lover, burger enthusiast, dessert queen or even passionate about music, Food on Forgan will have a variety of cuisines to suit everyone’s taste buds.

Food on Forgan will also be bringing you giant backyard games including Giant Connect Four and Giant Jenga.

Bring your mates and your wallets down to the Forgan Smith Front Lawns on Thursday 20th October from 5pm.

FOOD TRUCKS

Phatboys

A fusion of modern and traditional Portuguese flavours! Phatboy’s menu uses locally-sourced ingredients (where available) and features Portuguese flame grilled chicken and chickpea stuffed mushroom with Portuguese roast vegetables.

Rolling Stone Pizza

Made from the highest quality ingredients, sourced from local growers and producers wherever possible, then cooked in an imported Italian oven, these pizzas are the real deal! Rolling Stone Pizza’s extensive menu ranges from the traditional to the gourmet with the Chorizo & Potato pizza topped with chorizo, bocconcini, siced potato, mozzarella and fresh rosemary.

Ruby the Little Red Ice Cream Van

Everyone knows there’s always room for dessert. Ruby’s serves authentic Italian gelato and sorbet made locally with premium natural ingredients. All of Ruby’s Ice Cream products are suitable for vegetarians and the sorbets are dairy free.

A food truck dedicated to Mac 'N' Cheese! Mac from way back is bringing you all things Mac N Cheese including a brisket mac 'n' cheese burger, loaded fries coated in mac 'n' cheese, breakfast mac 'n' cheese, their signature 7 cheese mac 'n' cheese, and other cheesy delights sure to terrify your arteries.

Rolls Pho Mi

If you just can’t get past Vietnamese street food make a bee-line for Rolls Pho Mi. The team will be serving refreshing rice paper rolls including a vego lemongrass marinated tofu and avocado option, Pho, Banh Mi, snacks, desserts and drinks.
