This is a one of a kind event presented by two GMB Lead Trainers.

In this workshop you will learn the GMB approach to Movement. We will cover the three fundamentals elements of movement: Strength, Flexibility and Control.

Specifically we will cover:

CONTROL: Locomotions, movement exploration and flows. We will demonstrate how we can begin with basic variations and progress to more advanced movements.

STRENGTH: Gymnastics rings and pbars strength. We will cover the support holds, muscle up and shoulder & bent arm stands.

FLEXIBILITY: We will briefly cover the GMB approach to increasing your range of motion.
