Hands On Holiday Intensive: What's My Brisbane? says
Join us at the Museum of Brisbane these school holidays for two weeks of hands-on art workshops for children aged 8-15 years. The day begins with an inspiration session touring an exhibition or exploring City Hall followed by a hands-on art activity to complement the focus for that day. Participants will be introduced to new artistic skills, encouraged to be extremely creative and develop an appreciation for existing artworks and architecture. Delivered and facilitated by our experienced art teachers your children will learn about each of our exhibitions and leave each day with a special artwork to display.

WHAT'S MY BRISBANE
Guided by one of our art teachers, children will explore our award winning exhibition 100% Brisbane where they will partake in the Brisbane DNA interactive quizzes, movies and facts and create their own picture identity based on their answers and information gathered. Children will then use this inspiration to gets hands-on using clay and paint to create a self-portrait featuring imagery and information gathered in the morning session.
