This workshop will focus on body hooping from floor all the way to the neck and back down, introduce multi-hoop splitting and double hoop moves, breaks, wedgies, crotch slams and other off body tricks. I will introduce foot hooping and develop foot hooping tricks for those who can already foot hoop.
I'll also cover some core strength exercises and stretches that are helpful for hooping and protecting against injury.

The workshop will run for 2 hours and I'd like to have a picnic lunch afterwards as we will work up quite an appertite with all that hooping and it's nice to get to meet other hoopers. If you can please bring a little plate of something yum and healthy to share with the group that would be wonderful.
Please consider the environment and try to avoid using disposable items and packaging, I will bring plates, cutlery, cups etc. you just need to bring your reusable container of your food :) ♥

WHAT TO BRING:
-Your hoop (I will also have some spare hoops you can borrow)
-Yoga mat (for strength and stretch exercises and foot hooping, but we will be on some pretty nice grass so if you don't have a mat don't worry)
-Water bottle
-Wear comfortable well fitted clothing that isn't going to obstruct your hooping. Please consider we will be outdoors so it could get warm in the sunshine, even if this is winter.
- Share plate of food if you'd like to picnic.

COST: $50 for 2 hour workshop.
