Mastering The Craft Of Brewed Coffee says
This coffee series will introduce the participant to the theoretical and practical components of crafting the many kinds of brewed coffee. It will provide an education in the fundamentals of perfecting the grind and mastering various apparatus, including Chemex, Cold Drip, Aeropress and Syphon. You will be learn all the essential brewing techniques required to be a gun brewer at home or at work!

Mastering the Craft of Brewed Coffee will cover:
- Basic Introduction to Coffee
- Brew Ratio and Extraction
- Water temperature and quality
- Sensory Evaluation of Brewed coffee
- Preparing Basic Drinks

All participants will be required to wear enclosed shoes and sleeved shirts.

This is a group session with a maximum of 8 to 10 people per class. The course is run on a Saturday starting at 8.00am and finishing at 12.00pm with no break.

Conducted by former Queensland Barista and Brewers Champion, Kelsey Carr, in the Wolff College of Coffee.

Cost: $125.00 per person
