5 Week New To Yoga Course - A beginner yogi or wanting to get back on your mat?

Just in time for Spring this 5 week course will take you from total beginner to confident yogi, with correct (& safe!) alignment and increased flexibility, so that you'll emerge strong and confident. We will explore the meaning of yoga, how to breathe properly, your energy systems, relaxation & meditation. Class size will be kept small so that you will benefit from individual attention in a warm and nurturing environment. Mats and all props are provided or feel free to bring your own.

Week 1, 10th Oct– Breathing and sun salutations

Week 2, 17th Oct – Standing poses

Week 3, 21st Oct – Balance and strength

Week 4, 28th Oct - Going deeper with twists and forward bends

Week 5, 7th Nov - Bringing it all together
