QUT Law Society says
QUT Law Society proudly presents the 2016 Indigenous Reconciliation Breakfast, to be held on Thursday August 18 at the Pullman King George Square.

Bill Potts, President of the Queensland Law Society, Dominic McGann, Chairman of Partners at McCullough Robertson, will be attending as guest speakers along with Mikaela French, an Indigenous QUT Law Student. There will be the opportunity to network with representatives from many of Brisbane's top law firms in attendance.

The purpose of the breakfast is to discuss Indigenous Reconciliation within the legal profession, particularly from the perspectives of lawyers in the field, and indigenous students and lawyers.

Please arrive at 7:00am for a 7:15am start. Proceedings will conclude by 9:00am.

Tickets are essential, and will sell out. They are purchasable via the ‘Find Tickets’ field above. Students ($20) and Professionals ($50).

Speakers include:
Bill Potts (President of the Queensland Law Society);
Dominic McGann (Native Title lawyer & Chairman of Partners at McCullough Robertson); and
Mikaela French (Indigenous Law Student & 2016 recipient of the John Koowarta Reconciliation Law Scholarship from the Law Council of Australia)
