Join Alison Potts of Innate Being and Amy Wilkinson of Inna Bliss Yoga at the BULIMBA studio for an afternoon retreat that infuses Yoga and Meditation practices, to inspire and encourage you to come back into a deep awareness of your powerful and innate core vibrancy.

It can be so easy in life to give away our power or allow people or situations to draw us away from our own inner knowing . We can all allow fears, self doubts or worries about what other people think to blur our connection to our inner compass at times.

During the course of the afternoon you will enjoy deeply nourishing yoga practices and powerful meditation tools and techniques to help you experience yourself more fully, bringing you back into your seat of power, your seat of presence and your seat of being.

The yoga practice will guide to balance your solar plexus (Manipura) chakra as well as physically connect to your ‘core’ through strengthening and deep stabilisation asanas that will harness you right into your vibrant inner self, your “own place”.

Alison will then lead you through a Meditation workshop that will empower you to feel into and live from the place of strength, truth and wholeness, that lies right there within you.
Discover how you don’t have to detach from yourself to see yourself more clearly. How to cultivate self-love, self care and compassion and why this is essential. How to reconnect to what truly drives you, excites you, nourishes and sustains you, what supports you and what heals you. How your instincts and individuality are your best allies. How to honour perceived limitations as gateways to your higher self and to a richer connection to the rhythms of life

The afternoon will finish with some luxurious & deeply nourishing restorative and yin postures, allowing you to rest deeply into the space, awareness and energy that you have opened up to.
