Red Music ROCK ACADEMY presents ROCK GUITAR WORKSHOP – SATURDAY JULY 9 – 10.00am to 4.00pm
This workshop is for ALL GUITARISTS – Electric, Acoustic and Bass – and ALL AGES AND LEVELS.
The aim of the workshop is to introduce students to a group environment in both rehearsal and live situations, and understand how guitars can create their very own Ensemble. All participants will be given the chance to learn up to 3 songs during the workshop. Participants will explore Blues and Rock music throughout the day workshop.
Our Red Music Centre teachers, all of whom have great experience in the live performance environment, will run the workshop and will mentor each student every step of the way.
The day will conclude with a performance of the songs learnt during the workshop.
To participate in the workshop, you need to be able to play a GUITAR – Beginners, Intermediate and more advanced players are welcome to join in!
All participants MUST bring their own equipment – Guitars, Amps, Leads etc – to take part in the day. All other resources will be prepared for you.
