"Self-Enquiry Meditation" is the hallmark of "Yoga in Daily Life" the system. The deep concentration and meditation practices are developed step-by-step to help us attain Self-Knowledge through self-control and self-development.

The goal is to experience and realize the Divine Self (Atma) within us.

The class includes, relaxation, meditation, philosophy and the correct practice; including sitting, spinal adjustment and breathing. You will learn techniques that you'll find helpful for an ongoing daily meditation practice.

Course runs on Tuesday evenings for 5 weeks, starting 30 August
