11am-1pm Begin our day together with simple movement, sound and song. Dropping through mantra into stillness
1pm Lunch. Please bring lunch to suit your requirements. Tea and nibbles will be provided.
2-4pm Healing Sound journey with Didjeridoo, transcendant vocals, heart beat drum, elemental chimes and other magical sounds to weave the energy of the moment.
Come rejuvenate and expand into your aligned self.
