Stayin' Alive: The Bee Gees says
Join us for a special talk in celebration of SLQ’s recent acquisition of Australia’s largest collection of Bee Gees recordings and memorabilia. Hosted by 612 ABC’s Loretta Ryan, the discussion panel will feature SLQ’s Music Librarian Laurel Dingle and special guest Bill Gates, former radio announcer and DJ whom the Bee Gees attribute with creating their name.

Held on Barry Gibb’s 70th birthday and on the 50th anniversary of the release of Spicks and Specks, hear about the early life of the Gibb brothers in Queensland and see some incredible original materials up close.
