Our good mates at Stone Brewing have just turned 20 and they’ve sent a truckload of IPAs over to celebrate. They’ve re-made 3 past anniversary IPAs, Citracado for their 20th, and have thrown in a collaboration between themselves, Beachwood and Heretic AND a ridiculously big and delicious stout. There are no fillers here, just gold. If you use as a guide, there is nothing below 99/100 here. We’re drooling. You’re drooling. Here’s the lineup:

5th Anniversary IPA. IPA, 8.5%
An "amped up" version of Stone IPA with many times the hops and cranked up malt profile. Originally brewed to celebrate their 5th Anniversary.

10th Anniversary IPA. IIPA, 10%
Appropriately, the aroma is over-the-top, with pronounced piney and resiny hop flavors combined with tropical fruit esters and more subtle notes of toasted malts and alcohol.

15th Anniversary Escondidian Black IPA. 10.8%
Originally brewed for Stone’s 15 anniversary, this Black IPA defines the style and wows the face.

20th Anniversary Citracado IPA. IIPA 9%
Citracado” also teases the two key ingredients of this beer. “Citra” refers both to the juicy gem of a hop and its citrusy (and tropical) aromas and flavors. “Cado” inspired us to utilize wonderful, native avocado flower honey.

Beachwood / Heretic / Stone Unapologetic IPA. IIPA, 9.0%
Rife with essence of pine, resin, and fruits both citrus and tropical, there’s no need for apologies with this beer.

Farking Wheaton wOOtstout 4.0. Imperial Stout, 13%
Brewed with rye, wheat malt and pecans and partially aged in Bourbon whiskey barrels, this viscous yet silken brew erupts with an oaky, nutty bouquet and rich flavors of vanilla, toast and bitter chocolate.
