West Texas Crude
WEST Texas Crude is an award winning and dynamic Rockabilly four piece band. Playing since 2000, West Texas Crude’s main musical influences are rockabilly, rhythm and blues, roots music and rock and roll.

The band was also awarded "Best New Rockabilly Band" at Wintersun in 2002, the same year they released their album "She’ll Stay".

Fronting the band, Andy Dashwood never lets an audience down with his vocals and lead guitar. Andy’s passion for music is reflected in every performance and he has been invited to perform in many tribute shows, such as the annual Johnny Cash Tribute Show and recently, the Hank Williams Tribute Show as well as performing in West Texas Crude’s Tribute to the Man in Black, "A Handful of Cash".
Andy has since been signed to European record label "Rhythm Bomb Records" for a three year, three album deal so look out for WTC new releases over the next year.

The band is rounded out by the awesomely talented Paul Chip Gaydon on the double bass, Nathan Seiler on piano, and on the drums, Allan Fisk who is not afraid of showing an audience a trick or two.

West Texas Crude is a favourite at festivals throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. They also fill dance floors wherever they play!

Celebrating their latest release album "Guess What" West Texas Crude will be playing all over this big land so don't miss out.
