Calling all new mums looking to get fit and have some FUN!

Strollerobics, a pram and stroller-based exercise program for mums, lets you work out with your bub in a convenient, safe and friendly environment. Classes will centre around incorporating strength conditioning and cardio to help build your fitness.

WOW Strollerobics is a free 6-week program - please be sure to book for each individual session you would like to attend.

Classes are held at 9.30 am (please arrive a few minutes earlier) every Friday on the following dates:

9 September
16 September
23 September
30 September
7 October
14 October

What to bring: a towel, water bottle, hat, sunscreen and of course your bub in his/her pram/stroller!

The first class will be held at Robelle Domain parklands - look for the bright pink WOW t-shirt in the circle/ampitheatre area.
