Donovan established himself as one of the leading lights of the 1960s' folk scene, innovatively combining folk, jazz, pop, psychedelia and world music to score a string of top 10 hits such as 'Catch the Wind to Colours', 'Universal Soldier', 'Sunshine Superman', 'Mellow Yellow' and 'Hurdy Gurdy Man'.
Catch him in action this October as he celebrates his 50th anniversary with a double CD anthology and supporting tour, which stops off in Bristol on Sunday 25 October.
