This year’s Gourmet Festival brings exciting flavours from the Hungarian countryside to Millenáris Park, where you can sample the best in Hungary over the course of four days. The two Michelin-starred Platán Tata, Mede by Adam Mede, Villa Kabala and La Vie Gourmet from Hévíz will all be there, but also Anyukám Mondta from Encs and Casa Christa from the Balaton Uplands, both familiar to those who have enjoyed their pizza varieties and fish dishes at Time Out Market Budapest, will both be represented.
The Budapest line-up is strengthened by places such as Anton by Alelí, Caviar&Bull, Galamb, Giulia, Lángosss!, Le Petit Beef Bar and Moszkvatér Bisztró, so the capital has not been left out of the gastronomic panorama.
Among this year's novelties, Made in the Countryside deserves special mention, for which star chefs will once again be offering the classics of the cauldron, contemporary goulash, Baja fish soup and lamb stew. You can start tucking in from Thursday, June 4.
