FlySafair has just announced a new direct route between Cape Town and Hoedspruit, launching 2 October 2025 with three weekly flights: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Fares start from R1,570 one way, and go on sale this month.

This new connection offers Capetonians and travellers from Cape Town International easier, more affordable access to the central Kruger National Park and the surrounding private reserves of Limpopo.

The route complements the airline’s existing service to Mbombela, which will now increase to daily flights, offering direct access to the southern Kruger region.

  • Cape Town → Hoedspruit (New) – 3x weekly from 2 October 2025
  • Cape Town → Mbombela – (increased frequency) Now flying daily

With these two Kruger-bound options now on the map, FlySafair is doubling down on its mission to boost domestic tourism and connectivity from Cape Town.
