The event creator says
Dallas Against Corruption in Russia Demonstration is a local event that brings together Russian expats living in Dallas as well as concerned American citizens, to stand up against corruption in Russia. The event is dedicated to support ordinary citizens of Russia who are robbed every single day by the actions of corrupted Russian government and oligarchs. This event will also strive to promote the 2018 presidential campaign of the opposition leader Alexei Navalny.

Founder of Anti-Corruption Foundation and the most prominent opposition figure, Alexei Navalny called on his supporters to hold protest rallies across the country on June 12 which is the annual public holiday – Russia Day. We are bringing this event to Dallas to spread the word and show importance of this groundbreaking protest that might go down in history as one of the largest public demonstrations in Russia (over Russian 160 cities have registered to participate).
