The Show Starts at 6:00PM

PRE-SHOW: Music, Lawn Games, & Concessions.

The Dallas Morning News and the Plugged In loyalty rewards program invite you to join us for movie night on December 10th at Klyde Warren Park for a special feature of 2016’s best kept cinematic secret; Kubo and the Two Strings.

Enjoy this special feature on the giant screen on the lawn of Klyde Warren Park. Popcorn, Warm Cider, and Fully-Loaded Hot Chocolate will be available to all guests. Subscribers will receive a free gift and children are invited to check in at the booth for their very own Japanese themed snack of Pocky!

Kubo is a stop motion animation feature like The Nightmare Before Christmas, James and the Giant Peach, and the 1964 classic Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer. It follows Kubo through an excellent telling of the classic Hero’s Journey set in a fantastical Japanese land. As parents, aunts, and uncles ourselves we know how it feels to re-watch Finding Dory, or Frozen for the umpteenth time. We hope that you’ll take this opportunity to enjoy a film not many got to see in theatres.

You’ll hear familiar voices from the vocal talents of George Takei (Star Trek, Mulan), Charlize Theron (Mad Max, Prometheus), Matthew Mcconaughey (Interstellar, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days), and Ralph Fiennes (Harry Potter, Wuthering Heights).

*Subscriber Giveaways and Pocky available while supplies last.
