Tuesday, September 1st the Dallas Producer’s Association will be featuring a moderated guest panel discussion on unmanned aerial vehicle’s (UAV’s), more commonly known as, Drones!
Aerial photography first came into commercial existence in the early 1900s. Now, as technology has advanced we have seen an evolution in the offering of aerial photography.
Although units are becoming more regular and affordable there are many In’s and Out’s to ensuring the safety of your crew, the general public and maintaining the integrity of your production. Learn about best practices from various local operators and the aircraft they remotely pilot and control.
Our panelists will showcase short reels highlighting examples of their work. We will discuss a wide array of topics ranging from budgeting aerial photography to understanding ideal flight conditions of the various units. Drones will be displayed on-site to help attendees connect the capabilities of each device.
Come out and learn from the pros. When in doubt, hire an expert!
The event will be graciously hosted at MediaTech Institute located at 13300 Branch View Lane. Dallas, TX 75234. Happy hour mixer and light catering from 6 – 7 PM with the panel running from 7 – 8 PM. Questions to follow!
