This immersion is designed to help a woman get in sync with the phases of change in her body. You will practice dynamic and restorative yoga asanas, pranayamas and meditation that support the woman’s path of yoga.

Surya will present diet and nutrition to nourish and replenish the body using principles from the Taoist Five Element theory. The five elements illuminate our practice in accordance with the seasons, to harmonize our inner and outer worlds. Linda will teach from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras on how to delve deeper into more refined levels of awareness.

Surya Little -

Cofounder of Prajna Yoga with her husband, Tias Little, Surya specializes in women’s health in yoga, nutrition and therapeutic yoga. Surya has traveled the globe studying various facets of yoga philosophy and practice. Her extensive training is in both Iyengar and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Her expertise in yoga therapeutics along with her vast nutritional knowledge—which combines Ayurveda, macrobiotics, and the MogaDao Five-Element theory—enables her students to embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery. Linda Spackman

Linda began practicing yoga in 1984 and began teaching with Tias and Surya Little in 2000. A longtime prenatal and postpartum teacher, she specializes in yoga for all phases of a woman’s life. Linda is a devoted student of Sonia Nelson, with whom she regularly studies the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Vedic Chant, Pranayama and Meditation.
