This immersion is designed to help a woman get in sync with the phases of change in her body. You will practice dynamic and restorative yoga asanas, pranayamas and meditation that support the woman’s path of yoga.

Surya will present diet and nutrition to nourish and replenish the body using principles from the Taoist Five Element theory. The five elements illuminate our practice in accordance with the seasons, to harmonize our inner and outer worlds. Linda will teach from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras on how to delve deeper into more refined levels of awareness.

Deepen your connection to the essential bio-rhythms unique to YOU. Turn inward and attune to your body’s needs. Nourish your spirit.

This retreat is for women at all levels of yoga experience and at every stage of your life.
